Unpacking the Lanyard

• Carefullyunpackthelanyard.Ensureallpackagingmaterialsareremovedand

fullyfamiliariseyourselfwithallfeaturesoftheproduct

• Ifanypartsaredamagedormissing,donotusethisproduct

CHECK BEFORE EACH USE

• Ensurethestitchingisingoodcondition

• Ensuretheenergyabsorberisinperfectcondition

• Ensurethelanyardissuitableforuseinconjunctionwiththeothercomponentsin

thefallarrestsystem,andthatallpartsofthesystemarefreefromdefect

• Ensuretheanchorpointissecurewithaminimumresistanceof15kNand

positionedabovetheuserandthereisatleast6.75moffreespaceforafall
